The Democracy Square Business Center Construction Project is a comprehensive urban development initiative aimed at enhancing the commercial and social potential of the city center. The project was designed considering the square’s strategic location and high pedestrian traffic, with a focus on contemporary architectural principles, functionality, and aesthetic values.

Within the scope of the project, the multi-story business center, built on a ground-plus design, includes office spaces of various sizes, retail shops, restaurants and cafeterias, meeting rooms, and common areas. The building’s design was planned to meet the needs of the modern business world and executed in accordance with energy efficiency, accessibility, and safety standards.

During construction, all activities, including ground reinforcement and foundation works, were carried out to high engineering standards. Electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fire safety systems were integrated in compliance with international norms. Additionally, comprehensive landscaping was implemented around the building, including green areas, seating arrangements, lighting, and hardscape applications.
